Pricing FAQ

Why two payments (setup plus subscription)?

Setup covers the initial development, the "one-time" work of designing and building your system. The subscription covers everything ongoing: hosting, support, improvements, monitoring. It's the model that aligns incentives best. We build it well from day one and then take care that it lasts.

What if I need more users or more hours?

You move up to the next tier at the start of the next cycle. No penalty.

Is there a discount for longer commitment?

Yes. 24 months committed gives you -10% on setup. 36 months gives you -20% setup and one free month at renewal.

What if I need something not in my tier?

We talk. Three options: it goes into the month's improvement hours, we expand scope with an additional quote, or we leave it for phase 2.

What if I decide to leave?

After the minimum term (12 months, 24 for Enterprise), you end with 30 days notice. We hand over source code and full data in CSV or JSON within 5 business days.
